Shopping online with Glamourpuss.com.au

Glamourpuss prides itself on giving customers the full service! We will wherever possible do our absolute best to accommodate our customers to ensure you are happy with your products purchased, as well as your shopping experience!

By shopping on the site you agree to the terms & conditions as stated below.

Glamourpuss wants you to be happy with your purchase the first time round and we are more than happy to help you get the size right for you from the start. However, should you not be totally satisfied with products purchased, we will happily accept returns in line with our conditions below.

• All returns must be received in 100% new condition. This includes with tags, unworn, unwashed and undamaged within 10 days.

• Full priced stock is available for exchange, credit note or refund.

• Any stock which is on sale or reduced is available for exchange or credit note only.

• All postage is at the buyers’ expense and Glamourpuss will endeavour to post goods in the most practical and cost effective method via Australia Post.

• Please send us an email or give us a call to notify you are returning these goods. We are then better able to keep track, and if needed put a replacement or size on hold for exchange.

We offer customers the choice to pay via direct deposit and provide all details to do so upon placement of your order. Should you have any queries please contact us. If deposit isn't received within 24hrs staff will try to contact you to remind and confirm either via phone or email. Orders for direct deposit can only be held for 3days before items are returned to stock and we cannot guarantee availability after that.

Laybys are available for a period of 4weeks from placement on full price stock. A deposit is required within 24hrs. Sale items can only be placed on layby for a period of 7 days.

Glamourpuss offers customers a flat rate of postage & handling fee anywhere in Australia of $9 - unless otherwise stated. We do not want to make money from the service we offer! And believe this is a simple method and very competitive rate. In fact, with the majority of orders processed postage & handling costs us more than the $9 charged!

Glamourpuss will endeavour to send all orders within one business day from the time payment is received. All orders are sent via Australia Post. Should customers request for their goods to be sent via an alternative method, we are happy pursue these requirements where possible at the buyers expense.

Should the goods ordered become unavailable, Glamourpuss will contact the customer as soon as possible to notify them of the unavailability and offer to order more stock in, backorder, refund or exchange.

Glamourpuss understands your need for privacy. Therefore any information obtained through website to process your order effectively will not be shared with any third parties. Email addresses stored are stored to keep customers up to date with news and offers in store and online and are not given, rented or shared with any third parties for any reasons.

• Please understand that while we attempt to clarify all details we are a small business growing quickly and problems do occasionally occur. So bear with us while we develop and reconcile these details! We will of course do everything womanly possible to ensure you leave a very happy and satisfied Glamourpuss customer, keen to revisit!
